We're reviewing the processes, systems and structures that support incentive compensation plans (post design and implementation, i.e. the day-to-day administration and operations of the incentive plans).
Are there best practices and guiding principles?
Are there organisations that have outsourced Incentive Compensation Administration? If yes, what are the determining factors?
Also, what are the optimal numbers and governing structure for this function?
