1. Do you secure the entire call center with "badge swipe access"?
2. If you do secure the entire call center with "badge swipe access, do you do anything else for added security?
3. If you don't secure the entire call center, what do you do for PCI compliance?
We are building a new call center building and have recommended a “secured area” for PCI compliance. We would like to know what companies are doing to protect against credit card theft in a call center that takes credit card information over the phone or receives purchase orders with credit card information contained for order entry purposes.
