How do you define, track, and measure your organization’s vitality index? Specifically,
1) What is included within your definition of vitality index (i.e., do you include new products, new applications, etc.?)
2) What process do you use to track and report on your vitality index?
3) How do you define a New Product (justifies to be a part of New Product Vitality Index or NPVI)?
4) Do you use NPVI to incentivize your organization?
