Customer Subscription Management Solutions

Our company is seeking functionality that will enable customer subscription management. This capability will be used for purposes of managing customer’s communication preferences for billing and payment as well as outage related alerts and other customer communication activity.  We would expect that the solution be scalable to support future Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) deployments vis-à-vis pricing alerts, load alerts, energy savings tips. The solution will be used to capture and manage what, when and how our company communicates with customers including content, volume, and medium used. 

Any suggestions of vendors who provide this type of product and service would be helpful.
