Does anyone have a comprehensive plan/strategy/protocol for managing/processing "threats of" or incidences of violence in the workplace?
I have seen many whitepapers and/or news but no specific steps to take or lists of all factors to take into consideration etc. (filing police report before or after termination etc).
Attempting to create a protocol or strategy plan and don't know what I don't know.
Moderator's Note: CLC HR's sample Prevention of Workplace Violence and Anti-Weapons Policy might also be useful here.
