I am planning a workshop with country representatives on the topic of customer segmentation. In my case the customers are the customers are end users of my product and are served by a 2-3 step distribution channel. We want to segment our end users not only by their size, but as well by their attitudes, behaviour and values.
Has anyone had experience with this kind of segmentation and can give me a hint, how to "sell" this approach to my colleagues? I would like to involve them in some kind of exercises, role plays etc.
