Q:

Executive Air Travel and Business Continuity

Asked on 25 October

We are looking to update our business continuity policies and would like input from others on how you manage executive air travel.

Answers DO NOT have to touch on all points, and any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

1. Does your organization have an executive travel policy limiting the number of executives that may fly together on the same flight -- either commercial or private?

2. What is the maximum number of senior executives that your policy allows to be on the same flight?

3. Are there specific executive pairings that are not allowed to travel on the same aircraft (e.g., the CEO and the CFO may not travel together, CEO and COO)?

 4. How do you enforce your policy (e.g., policy certifications, travel or expense system notifications)?
