We are launching a 1st Line Leadership Development Program for individuals who currently do not have people management skills but have been identified as having the potential to manage people. Once the individuals complete the program they will be assessed to determine their level of readiness to assume a people management role.
In Global Fortune 100 companies, what is an acceptable level and/or percentage of employees that should attend a First-line Leadership Development Program?
