What should constitute a typical (conventional) Forensic Investigation Report template?
a) A typical audit report template (cover page, exec. summary, scope & objectives, findings and recommendations, mgt. response & appendix)
b) Cover page, background, scope & objectives of investigation, limitation of the report and subsequent events, procedures performed, executive summary, detailed findings, recovery of losses, internal control weaknesses, other information, appreciation, conclusion, glossary etc.
c) If neither A nor B, what is the most appropriate composition and what informs the selection?
