Does anyone have a good resource to help shape an internal sales approval process? Specifically, I'm looking to streamline the process of proposals and contracts moving through internal sign offs from Business, Finance and Legal. How is this process managed within your organization? If you've come across any articles, websites, and benchmarks on the topic, that would be helpful too. Thanks!
